Chown Riverside Unit

$150 for 2/ Extra adults: $25 / 12 & under: $10/ + TAX / $10 per night per pet. Min $30. +TAX

This unit is located in the desirable, quiet, family-friendly Tow Hill community, located 5 minutes from Masset on supernatural Haida Gwaii. This unit faces south, onto the large yard and the Chown River which boasts a fall run of coho salmon, and is home to white-tail deer, eagles, raven, kingfishers, canada geese, and more. Miles of sandy beaches are accessible right across Tow Hill road.

Parking is provided directly off the driveway. Our fancy booster provides good cell service inside the unit.

The unit itself has 2 floors. Upstairs is one large studio, with a double and a single bed, dressers and closet, desk with river view, and a portable partition for privacy.

Downstairs contains a hall closet, and bathroom. The kitchen includes an electric range, and microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker, and comes equipped with dishes and utensils. The living room has a double futon bed and easy chair, and comes fully furnished. The dinette and living area overlook yard and river.

2 doors open onto the covered wraparound porch, with a bench seat. Full barbeque is provided, but Outdoor fires are not permitted.

Weekly rate = less 5%
A 50% deposit secures your reservation.

All cabins are “no smoking” areas.

Pet Policy

Please bring your pet’s bed, blankie, and dishes. Your pet is not allowed on the furniture, and must not scratch the furniture, doors or windows. Your pet must be accompanied and under your control at all times, and must not litter on the property; Take pet to beach for a morning run, and/or scoop the poop when at cabin.
